This Privacy Policy applies to pH Digital Ads, the internal Google Ads operations application of pH Digital, hosted at ads.phdigital.com.br.

1. Who we are

pH Digital is a digital marketing agency. pH Digital Ads is used only by pH Digital employees and contractors to operate Google Ads accounts that our clients have authorized us to manage.

2. Google user data we access

When an authorized operator signs in with Google, pH Digital Ads accesses Google Ads account data through the Google Ads API, including campaign structure (campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets, status) and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions).

We do not request Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or other unrelated Google user data.

3. How we use Google user data

We use Google Ads data solely to:

• create and manage Google Ads campaigns on behalf of our clients;
• produce internal performance reports for pH Digital operators and, when relevant, the owning client;
• verify that a change was applied (readback of IDs, status, and budget).

We do not use Google user data to train AI models, to sell advertising to third parties, or to build unrelated products.

4. How we store Google user data

Campaign identifiers, status, and performance snapshots may be stored in private internal systems used by pH Digital (local operations files and an internal warehouse). Access is limited to authorized pH Digital operators. Credentials (OAuth tokens, developer token) are stored in a private local wallet, not in public source control.

5. How we share Google user data

We do not sell Google user data. We do not share it with data brokers or advertising platforms other than Google Ads itself.

We may share campaign performance summaries with the client who owns the Google Ads account. We may disclose data if required by law or to investigate abuse or security incidents.

6. Retention

We keep operational snapshots while we manage the account and for a reasonable period afterward for audit and reporting. Operators may revoke Google access at any time in their Google Account permissions.

7. Limited use

pH Digital Ads's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top of this policy will change when we do.
