These Terms of Service govern use of pH Digital Ads, the internal Google Ads operations application of pH Digital.
pH Digital Ads is an internal tool. It lets authorized pH Digital operators sign in with Google and use the Google Ads API to create and manage Search campaigns and to pull performance reports for accounts linked under our Google Ads manager account.
pH Digital Ads is not offered to the general public and is not a self-serve product for clients.
Only pH Digital employees and contractors who have been granted access by pH Digital may use the application. Client advertisers do not receive login access to pH Digital Ads.
By signing in with Google, you confirm that you are authorized to operate the Google Ads accounts you connect and that you will use the application only for pH Digital work.
The application requests Google authorization to access Google Ads data needed for campaign management and reporting. You may revoke that access at any time in your Google Account permissions.
Use of Google APIs is also subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
You may not:
How we access, use, store, and share Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. Those practices are part of these Terms.
pH Digital may modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time. We may update these Terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do.
The application is provided for internal business use as-is. pH Digital does not warrant uninterrupted access or that campaign results will meet any particular target.
